● The formaldehyde levels comply with the standards of the destination country.
● The odor is due to the adhesives used during the manufacturing process. We use eco-friendly adhesives, so you can rest assured—the product is safe to use! The odor may become more noticeable in high-temperature or enclosed environments; we recommend placing the panels outdoors in a well-ventilated area for a few days before use.

2、Q: How can I prevent the edges of the wooden strips from splintering? — Include this in the product listing video, and add a note in the product images advising customers to watch the video before cutting.
A: Ideally, make your cuts from the polyester-faced side. If you must cut from the wooden side, apply masking tape first to protect the wood fibers, then make your cut through the tape.
