Installation issues

Q:

How to dismantle the anti spray net ?

A: 

1) Take out the microphone.

2) Grasp the shock absorber with one hand and the plastic frames on the left and right sides of the spray screen logo with the other hand.

3) Apply force in different directions with both hands to pull out the spray screen upward.

Operational issues

Q:

Low or no sound, unable to adjust higher volume

A: 

1) Check if the microphone is muted, the RGB light will display red when muted.

2) Adjust the knob on the top of the microphone to adjust the volume. Try setting it to maximum.

3) Check if the microphone volume of the computer system is set to maximum.

4) Check if the microphone volume corresponding to the computer system is in a silent state.

5) Check if the microphone input device of the computer system has selected TC310 as the default device.
