Q: WHAT KIND OF DEVICE CAN I CONNECT YOUR WIRELESS MICROPHONE TO？
A: The TONOR wireless microphone is compatible with different devices as follows:
- Audio amplifier: Can be connected directly, but there should be a suitable MIC input port.
- TV: Can not be directly connected, the TV needs to be connected to an amplifier, and then the microphone is also connected to the amplifier.
- Desktop Computer: Need a 6.35mm to 3.5mm adapter.
- Mobile phone/pad: NOT compatible.
- PS4/XBOX1: NOT compatible.
Q: DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANY OTHER DEVICE FOR KARAOKE？
A: The microphone is a device for sound input — picking up sound, so if you want to hear your sound, there should be a device for sound output, like the speaker or earphone.
Q: CAN I ADJUST THE FREQUENCY？
A: TONOR wireless microphone features a function of frequency adjustment, please refer to the instruction manual for detailed operations.
Q: CAN I USE MULTIPLE WIRELESS MICROPHONES AT THE SAME TIME?
A: Whether the wireless microphone can be used with multiple sets depends on whether its frequency can be changed or not. In general, if the frequency is adjustable, the mic support to be used with multiple sets; if not , we would not recommend you to use multiple sets together because they may interfere with each other.
Q: CAN I USE IT OUTSIDE?
A: The sensitivity of dynamic microphones is designed to be low since they are usually used in some noisy occasions. So it is good for both indoor and outdoor use. But please be aware that your mouth should not be too far from the mic, 5cm is an ideal distance. We also recommend you to cover the mic with a foam that helps you filter some unnecessary murmurs.
Q: WAHT IS THE BEST DISTANCE BETWEEN MY MOUTH AND WIRELESS MICROPHONE？
A: The sensitivity of dynamic microphones is designed to be low since they are usually used in some noisy occasions. So please be aware that your mouth should not be too far from the mic, 5cm is an ideal distance, otherwise it may cause low volume.
Q: IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO KNOW WHEN USING WIRELESS MICROPHONE？
A: There are some tips you need to think about when using the TONOR wireless microphone
1.The ideal distance between the microphone and the mouth is about 5cm, being too close will cause pop noise and being too far will lead to low volume .
2.The wireless range of the microphone is around 60m, exceeding 60m may result in an interruption.
3.Be careful when using the mic, try to keep the mic from the interference of other wireless devices
4.If you do not use the microphone frequently, please remove the battery.
5.Check the battery power before using the mic.
Q: CAN I PLUG ANOTHER MICROPHONE TO YOUR RECEIVER?
A: Our wireless microphone does not support an external microphone to join in at present. If need be , we recommend you to purchase multiple TONOR wireless microphone sets since most of TONOR wireless microphones can be used simultaneously (except K380T).
